On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Omega ECycles owner Reesy Neff will serve as the emcee for this dynamic professional development event at the West Shore Country Club in Camp Hill.
Presented by the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania, BrandHER is designed to support women working in technology and related industries. The event will combine an inspiring keynote presentation, expert-led workshops, and dedicated networking time, giving attendees practical strategies they can apply to their careers and professional lives.

BrandHER will help attendees better understand how to communicate those qualities across multiple professional settings. The evening will begin with keynote speaker Bitsy McCann, owner of Bitsy Plus Design. Bitsy will share her personal experience building and developing her professional brand, including challenges she encountered and overcame along the way. Her presentation will explore the importance of creating an authentic and recognizable professional presence.

BrandHER will also feature three workshops covering important parts of career development and personal branding.
LinkedIn Lab
Deb Ellenberg, Vice President of Business Development at Sandler Training, will lead the LinkedIn Lab. Attendees will learn how to optimize their LinkedIn profiles, expand their professional connections, and use content to establish credibility and thought leadership.
A strong LinkedIn presence can help professionals communicate their experience, remain visible within their industries, and build relationships beyond traditional in-person networking.
Resume and Interview Essentials
Rabiah Muhammad, a Focal Point Leadership Coach and organizational psychologist with Morningside Solutions, will lead a workshop on resumes and interview preparation.
This session will explore how professionals can tell a clear and compelling story about their careers. Attendees will receive guidance on developing stronger resumes, improving their interview techniques, and communicating their skills, experiences, and goals more effectively.
Networking for Success
Sue Engels, Chief Client Officer at Momentum Inc., will lead a workshop focused on building authentic professional relationships.
Rather than treating networking as a simple exchange of business cards, the session will examine how meaningful conversations and supportive relationships can create long-term opportunities. Attendees will learn practical ways to begin conversations, grow their professional networks, and remain connected with the people they meet.
Reesy Neff Will Serve as the BrandHER Emcee 🎤
Reesy Neff, owner of Omega ECycles, will guide attendees through the evening as the event’s emcee.
As a local business owner, Reesy understands the importance of building a recognizable professional presence, maintaining strong community relationships, and communicating a clear mission. Her work with Omega ECycles has combined entrepreneurship with environmental responsibility, helping businesses and organizations manage unwanted electronics and protect sensitive information through responsible electronic recycling and data destruction services.
Reesy is excited to help create an energetic and welcoming experience for BrandHER attendees while introducing the speakers, workshops, and opportunities planned throughout the evening.
Supporting the YWCA 👥
BrandHER will also support the YWCA and its work helping women transitioning from domestic abuse rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose.
Attendees will have opportunities to make monetary donations through a QR code available at the event. They may also contribute needed supplies, including new sheets, towels, pillows, hygiene products, and other essentials.
This charitable component connects the event’s focus on professional empowerment with a broader effort to help women build safer, more secure futures. Mary Ann Havalchak of the YWCA will also speak during the program.
